Being the sole proprietor of Judi Welch Signs, Judi has been able to expand her abilities as well as her business, allowing for a more creative flair and a one-of-a-kind look that is often lost in larger conglomerate companies.

Over the 25 years of Judi’s career, she has become well-known in the industry for her “boat name paints”, that can range anywhere from a 15-foot fishing boat to a 60-foot yacht. Some of these include work for celebrities such as Ray Alan’s “Sugar 34”, Mike Holmgren’s “Five Ladies”, and Mark Chumura’s “Super Chewy”.

In 1996, Judi was given the opportunity to team up with other sign shops and help “wrap” buses for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 1995, she helped work on the entrance field to the College Football Hall of Fame at Notre Dame. It’s because of her unique style and capabilities that Judi Welch has been able to participate in so much.

These unique and exciting experiences along with her everyday conceptual design ideas, drive her sales and motivation allowing for a more creative flair and that one-of-a-kind look she is known for.

Judi Welch Signs has proven to be more than a sign shop . . . it is also a dying art. Handcrafted from conception to design to implementation, it is a full service business with a uniqueness that cannot be found often. Judi Welch takes a customer’s thoughts and turns them into customized reality . . . after all,
“it’s all in the technique!”
